Privacy Policy
My Budget Manager (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is designed with privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle—and what we do not—when you use the App.
1. Summary
- We do not operate servers to store your budget data.
- We do not ask for personal information and you do not need to create an account to use the App.
- Your expenses, income, and other budget records are stored in your own iCloud account, under your control.
- We do not sell your information.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, receive, or store personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or financial records on our own systems. The App does not require registration, login, or a user account created with us.
We do not use the App to build a profile about you and we do not track your budget activity on our servers, because that data never reaches us.
3. Your Budget Data and iCloud
When you add expenses, income, categories, or other budget information in the App, that data is saved to iCloud associated with your Apple ID—not on servers operated by us.
iCloud sync and storage are provided by Apple Inc. Apple processes and stores this data according to its own privacy policy and your iCloud settings. We do not have access to your iCloud content.
You can manage, export, or delete your data through the App and through your device or iCloud settings, subject to Apple’s services and your Apple ID security (for example, passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID).
4. No Account Required
You may use all core features of My Budget Manager without creating an account with us or providing personal details to us. Access to iCloud is handled by Apple when you are signed in to iCloud on your device; that relationship is between you and Apple, not us.
5. Support Requests (Optional)
If you choose to contact us for help (for example, through our support page), you may voluntarily provide information such as your email address and the content of your message. We use that information only to respond to your request. We do not use it for marketing and we do not require it to use the App.
6. Sharing of Information
Because we do not store your budget data or personal information on our systems, we do not sell, rent, or share that data with third parties for advertising or data brokerage.
We may disclose information only if required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights, and only to the extent permitted (for example, information you voluntarily sent in a support request).
7. Children’s Privacy
My Budget Manager is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If you contact us about a support message that may involve a child’s information, we will delete it when appropriate.
8. Your Choices
You remain in control of your data:
- Edit or delete budget entries within the App;
- Manage iCloud sync and storage in your Apple ID and device settings;
- Remove the App from your device; data in iCloud may remain according to your iCloud configuration until you delete it.
For questions about data stored in iCloud, refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
